What we collect on this website
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, company, role, email address, your industry, an approximate team size, and a brief description of what you would like to fix first. The inquiry goes to the Handll team. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for any conversation that follows. Nothing else.
When you use the Ask Hank assistant, the question you type is sent to our server so it can be answered from a fixed body of information about Handll. We do not store questions, we do not attach your identity to them, and we do not use them to build a profile of you. When an AI model is enabled for Ask Hank, the question is also processed by a third-party AI model provider to compose the answer.
We use cookieless, first-party analytics to understand usage and page performance in aggregate (page load times, which pages are visited). They do not follow you across other sites. This website sets no cookies, and we do not run advertising pixels.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, lead marketplaces or advertising networks. We do not use it to train models offered to anyone else.
Client data in client engagements
For businesses that engage us, the data we handle for them, whether in the client's own system of record or in systems we build for them (leads, contact records, messages, notes and reports), is the client's property. Our obligations for that data are set out in the client's services agreement. We never sell client data, and client data is not used to train third-party AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to host this site, deliver email, and support client engagements (for example, hosting, email delivery and AI model providers). They process data on our instructions under written terms. We do not permit them to use it for their own purposes.
Retention
Website inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the engagement. Ask Hank questions are not kept. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hi@handll.ai. You can opt out of email by replying to any message we send.
